Emergency First Response¶

Emergency First Response (EFR) is a comprehensive first aid and CPR training program designed for divers and non-divers alike. It is a prerequisite for many PADI diving courses, including Rescue Diver and Divemaster, and it provides essential skills for responding to emergencies both in and out of the water.

Prerequisites¶

• This course is open to anyone, even non-divers.
• Minimum 12 years old
• No medical conditions that would prevent you from performing CPR or first aid
• Willingness to learn and practice life-saving skills
